Hi, I’m Sophie,
qualified coach, founder of Quietosophy® and proud introvert.
I help quiet, introverted teens and their parents understand and work with introversion so that life becomes easier and less stressful, through expert courses, coaching and workshops.
Are you concerned that your teenager is too quiet and that they miss out on opportunities? Do they find it hard to speak up? Maybe you are worried they spend too much time alone or they don’t have many friends. You may find it hard to communicate with them. I can help.
NB: You can find out more about my coaching services for professionals and business owners here.
I support introverted teenagers and their families to identify tools and strategies to make life easier and stop them missing out.
Everything I do comes from a place of support, compassion, encouragement, honesty and kindness. With a bit of accountability too.

The understanding of quiet and its innate power
Why do I work with introverts?
Quite simply because I feel passionately that quiet people have a hard time in a world designed for extroverts, where they may feel written off or ignored. It can feel that the person who shouts loudest is the one that is listened to, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
Research shows that most people didn’t understand that they were introverted until adulthood. This knowledge has been life-changing for them, allowing them to understand how to work with their introvert tendencies and achieve success in all areas of their lives. I want to help teenagers to understand introversion earlier in life to help them cope better, whatever life throws at them.
Extroversion works brilliantly for extroverts, but introverts need to do things their own way.
I will help your teen cut through the noise and be heard while utilising their unique introvert skills and talents. I don’t want them to change. I want to help them be true to who they really are.
In fact, I know where they’re coming from and I may even have been in the same position in the past. I get it.
My approach:

My work is focused and effective. It concentrates on what is best for you and your teen. There is no one size fits all approach.
